Don 3 Is Finally Happening With Shah Rukh Khan And Here Are The Details!

The news around Don 3 has always been around and finally, we have a confirmation. Latest reports claim that the film is on its way and it has been titled Don: The Final Chapter.

It has been a long wait for Shah Rukh Khan fans. The actor, who has been surfing some rough tides following the debacle of Zero, is reportedly heading back to start work on his hit franchise, Don. The series which began as the remake of the Amitabh Bachchan movie turned into a franchise when the makers decided to end Don with a twist, paving way for the second movie. Don 2, which released in 2011, teased the possibility of Don 3. Seven years later, Shah Rukh and Farhan Akhtar seem to be finally teaming up for the movie and there are new details surfacing from Don 3.

Reports further claim that Shah Rukh Khan will back in it. The film was a revamp of the 1978 film of a similar name featuring Amitabh Bachchan and this has turned out to be a standout amongst the most popular franchise.

If reports in Cine Blitz are to be believed, the much-anticipated Shah Rukh movie is going to be titled Don: The Final Chapter. Yes, it seems like 11 mulko ki police might finally clasp their hands on Don. As much as we’re excited that we’re finally getting some new details from the movie, we’re also heartbroken that we’d watch Shah Rukh end his run as the Don with the third installment.

The cast of the film is still being finalized but Priyanka Chopra will not be a part of the third part. 

For the first time ever, producer Farhan Akhtar will be seen playing the role of a cop in the movie. A source was quoted in a report saying,

“Shah Rukh Khan and Excel Entertainment have finally locked on to the script. Don: The Final Chapter will be full of action and trickery. But it all ends! They thought it would be nice to give the franchise a great end, rather than dragging it. And hence, they’ve come up with a great climax that will have everyone stunned."

Reports claim that Shah Rukh Khan will begin shooting for the film after wrapping up Rakesh Sharma biopic Saare Jahan Se Achha. the latest report further adds that the movie will go on the floors sooner than anyone had expected. The team will kick-start production in mid-2019. This movie could possibly see Farhan Akhtar and Shah Rukh share screen space. Farhan will wear the kakhee wardi in this film to play a cop in it.
